Whether the implantation can take place at the same time as the sinus lift depends on the condition of the bone (quantity and quality). If the remaining bone is not capable of holding the implants fixed, even without loading, it is advisable to wait with the implantation until the new bone is built up (at the place of the sinus lift, of course), and then to place the implant in that. The building up may require 4-6 months.

I am a 47 year old female who will be in Debrecen soon for 2 weeks of business. I need a sinus lift, three implants and 4 crowns. Is this possible in a short period fo time? My dentist here in the states indicates the bone graft will take many months to take. I am reading on line that in Hungary you can do a sinus lift and implants much quicker.
